Week 9 will be a review week for  A1 students. The students will revisit the stories they have read and studied, focusing on key story elements, important details, and reading comprehension to help reinforce their learning and retention.

At home, I kindly encourage parents to support their children by setting aside time for nightly reading and ensuring that they complete their vocabulary homework from Weeks 3–8. Consistent practice will help strengthen their vocabulary, build reading confidence, and prepare to be better learners throughout their educational journey.

A1 Week 6

Dear Parents, I wanted to share a little update as we head into the next few weeks. We have had quite a few changes to our regular schedule lately, so I wanted to keep everyone in the loop. Week 5 was a short week with Monday off for Teacher’s Day, and next week, Week 6, we will have Friday, October 10th off for Taiwan’s National Day . Then, during Week 8, we are looking forward to our first Experience Class outing on Wednesday , which will make that week a little shorter for the children as well. With all of these shortened weeks, we have quite a lot to cover, and it can be a little tricky to keep up with everything in our regular curriculum schedule. We will continue to do our best in class to make the most of our time together and keep the children moving forward.
